Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want every parent and student to feel confident about booking with Home Tutor Panipat. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation Before First Paid Class

If you choose not to continue after the FREE demo class, no payment is required and no cancellation fee applies.

2. Cancellation Within First 7 Days

If you cancel within 7 days of starting paid classes, you will be charged only for the classes actually attended on a per-hour basis. The balance amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

3. Mid-Month Cancellation

For mid-month cancellations, fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis. Any unused portion of the prepaid fee will be refunded after deduction of classes attended.

4. Cancellation Due to Tutor Mismatch

If you feel the assigned tutor is not the right fit, please inform us within the first 3 paid sessions. We will replace the tutor at no additional cost. If no suitable replacement is acceptable, we refund the unused fees in full.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via the original payment method:
• UPI / NEFT — within 5–7 working days
• Cheque — within 10 working days
• Cash payments — refunded via bank transfer only

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Demo class is always free, hence not refundable
• Classes already attended are not refundable
• Late-cancellation of an individual session (within 2 hours of start) is fully chargeable

7. How to Request a Refund

Email panipathometutor@gmail.com or call +91-9996-9996-12 with your name, registered phone number, and reason for cancellation. We respond within 24 hours.
