This Fees & Payment Policy governs the payment terms for all home tutoring services offered by Home Tutor Panipat ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services you agree to the following terms.
Fees are quoted per month or per hour depending on the class, subject and tutor selected. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Monthly fees are payable in advance, on or before the 5th of each month. Hourly fees are payable at the end of each week. Late payment beyond 7 days may result in temporary pause of classes.
The first demo class is offered free of charge. There is no obligation to continue after the demo.
A one-time, refundable registration deposit equivalent to one month's fees may be applicable in some packages. This deposit is fully refundable if classes are cancelled after the minimum commitment period, subject to the Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to revise fees with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of our services after the revision date constitutes acceptance.
A receipt will be issued for every payment received. Please retain receipts for your records.
